Flavours of Wales - The Welsh Cakes Cookbook by Gilli Davies & Huw Jones

This little Cookbook features a selection of recipes celebrating the Welsh cake. These little cakes are a cross between a cookie, a scone, and a pancake but they are truly unlike any of these when it comes to taste and texture.  Recipes included are traditional Welsh cakes, lavender Welsh cakes and even some savoury Welsh cakes. Includes metric measures and a conversion table.
