Welcome to Mr Holt’s World!  This family-run business has a passion for nostalgia.   Melin Llynon is the last working windmill in Wales and was built in 1775, Mr Holt has turned the magic of Melin Llynon into an enchanting place where irresistible donuts and a magical Welsh chocolate factory operates from - keeping history alive for generations to come.  The mill was fully restored by Angelsey County Council in the 1980’s but went back into disrepair.  In 2021, work began on a restoration project and was completed in 2024, once again safeguarding the island’s heritage.
